OLDER ADULT EXERCISE
MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY 9:30 – 10:30 am
Twenty minute cardio workout, strength and balance training. Last ten minutes focuses on flexibility training to improve range of motion. No floor exercises. Classes are designed to assist older adults maintain their independence/ make their daily tasks easier.
MONDAY AND Wednesday 10:30 – 11:30 am
Using balls and weights while seated this program keeps you strong, improves range of motion to maintain independence. Standing while supported exercises help maintain balance. This class is also helpful if recuperating from an operation or illness.
