The class is drop-in - one hour workout most Mondays and Wednesdays from September through April 9:30 – 11:30 AM. The participants do a twenty minute cardio workout, followed by strength and balance training. As well, many light hearted brain challenges are also incorporated into the sessions. The last ten minutes focuses on flexibility training to improve range of motion.
Classes are designed to assist older adults in maintaining their independence and making their daily tasks easier. As well, it is a fabulous way to get to know your neighbours and also to make new friends and have fun!
