Spring Morning Workouts--Join your friends and neighbours in an early-morning boot-campish workout. We combine plenty of cardio, strength and core exercises to help us improve and maintain our health.
When: Wednesdays, 6:00-6:50 a.m. April 27-June 22
Where: Westgate play fields
For Whom: Anyone who wishes to push their bodies to greater fitness levels.
Cost: $50/participant(no pro-rating)
I supply the tubing and you supply the body weight for many of the movements!
Please dress in layers and bring a water bottle.
