We have a number of vacancies on our Board of Directors. We are 100% volunteer run – every time you get an e-mail or newsletter, someone returns your phone call or the community facilitates a development open house, all of the work is done by volunteers! Casino Director – AGLC casino funds form the bulk of the community association’s income that is needed to operate and maintain our community center. Our next casino is coming up in Q2 2019 – April, May or June – and we are in need of a director to ensure all of the proper paperwork is in place and to recruit volunteers to staff the casino. No experience is necessary, lots of support provided.
Treasurer – Keep accurate financial records and report to the board on the financial state of the association, provide annual budget, ensure development and review of financial policies and procedures.
Secretary – Required to attend board meetings on the 2nd Thursday of every month (except July and August), prepare agenda prior to meetings, record and distribute meeting minutes, prepare and distribute community e-mails.
