Pickleball season is finally here! The Westgate Community Association has launched a Pickleball program for our community members to make it easier to access the equipment and utilize our courts.
We have two courts located in the rink between the WCA hall and Westgate elementary school. They’ve been in place since 2021 and recently had the lines touched up for this season.
There will be two ways to use the courts in the 2025 season, both will require an active WCA Membership and acceptance of the WCA Rental Agreement and Access Policy. Season will run until September 30, 2025 with the possibility of extending the end date if the weather is favourable.
Speaking of weather – both the courts are located outside, which means their use is weather dependant. For the safety of our community members and the longevity of the courts and equipments; court access is prohibited during inclement weather – specifically high winds, rain and any instance of thunder and/or lightning.
Pickleball Pass Options
- Pickleball Season Pass – $50 plus an active WCA membership
- Grants access to the equipment storage facility and online court booking system for the duration of the Pickleball season
- Pass holder must sign the WCA Rental Agreement and Access Policy provided after pass purchase.

- One-time 2 hour Court Rental – $25 plus an active WCA membership
- Grants access to the equipment storage facility and courts for one 2 hour block. Court can be booked online in an open two hour block. Book here – you will need your membership number, reach out if you have any issues.
- Renters must sign off on WCA Rental Agreement and Access Policy.
You do not need to be a Westgate resident to participate in the Pickleball program, but you will require an active Westgate Community association membership which can be purchased at the time of the Pickleball pass purchase. Purchase one here
