Senior’s Fitness
Mondays & Wednesdays 9:30 – 10:30am
Class consists of a twenty minute cardio workout, followed by strength and balance training, the last ten minutes focuses on flexibility training to improve range of motion. The classes are designed to assist older adults maintain their independence and make their daily tasks easier.
Recuperating from an operation/illness? This is a great way to get back in shape.
No floor exercises.
$7 drop in /class

Yoga Classes – Tuesday’s 7-8pm
Free for WCA members. Classes at the hall every Tuesday @ 7pm (except the second Tuesday of the mont) Bring your yoga mat and water bottle and join us for 1 hour of yoga.
Memberships required, limited space available. Login to your member account and sign up under Program Registration.
Special Events
Spring Floral Workshop
April 27 | 1 – 3pm
Join us for an intro to floral design at the hall. Put what you learn to use and create your own spring arrangement with a selection of in season blooms. All tools and supplies will be provided and you get to take your vase arrangement home with you!
Cost is $75 for WCA members, registration is required and closes on April 25th Sign up in your membership account to secure your spot.
Winefest
May 3 | 7pm – 10pm
Calling all Westgate wine enthusiasts! Get ready for an unforgettable evening of delicious wine and delectable flavours at the Westgate Wine Festival. Hosted at the hall by our friends at 5Vines, with food provided by Sauce Italian Kitchen it’s sure to be a great night.
Cost is $65 per ticket, registration is required and ticket holders must be at least 18 years of age .

Babysitter Course
May 4 | 10am – 5pm
In partnership with Child Safe Canada, the Westgate Community Association will be offering a Babysitter Course for kids 10 years and up. May 4 2024 10am-5 pm at the Westgate Hall.
Cost is $57 per registered child, registration is required. Sign up in the membership portal under “Program Registration”
Westgate Ladies Spring Potluck
May 7th at 6pm
Each attendee is asked to bring a casserole, salad or dessert suitable for serving 4 adults. In order to respect dietary restrictions and food allergies, please bring a complete list of ingredients for your dish.
